Der Europ\u00e4ische Gerichtshof f\u00fcr Menschenrechte stellte in seiner Entscheidung vom 1. M\u00e4rz 2010 \u00fcber die Zul\u00e4ssigkeit der Klage Demopoulos u.a. gegen die T\u00fcrkei fest, dass das Gesetz Nr. 67\/2005 einen wirksamen Rechtsbehelf darstellt und wies die Beschwerden der Antragsteller wegen Nichtersch\u00f6pfung des innerstaatlichen Rechtswegs zur\u00fcck.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Kommission f\u00fcr unbewegliches Verm\u00f6gen hat am 17. M\u00e4rz 2006 offiziell ihre Arbeit aufgenommen. Die Kommission f\u00fcr unbewegliches Verm\u00f6gen pr\u00fcft Anspr\u00fcche auf R\u00fcckgabe, Entsch\u00e4digung und Austausch gem\u00e4\u00df den Bestimmungen des Gesetzes Nr. 67\/2005. Ihre \u00dcberlegungen beruhen auf den Grunds\u00e4tzen der Bi-Zonalit\u00e4t und Bi-Kommunalit\u00e4t, die gemeinsame Elemente der hochrangigen Abkommen von 1977-1979 sowie der von den Vereinten Nationen ausgearbeiteten Pl\u00e4ne f\u00fcr eine L\u00f6sung der Zypernfrage sind. Sie ist bestrebt, die legitimen Anspr\u00fcche der Eigent\u00fcmer zu befriedigen, ohne die Rechte der t\u00fcrkisch-zypriotischen Gemeinschaft zu beeintr\u00e4chtigen.     <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die IPC ist bestrebt, ein gerechtes, schnelles und wirksames Rechtsmittel f\u00fcr Eigentumsanspr\u00fcche zu sein.
